We had a wonderful time here. The room was spacious and beautiful with a very comfortable bed. The sofa easily accomodates a 3rd guest if needed. The room was super clean with A/C and electric shutters. The staff was very nice and the dinner we had in their restaurant was exceptional. The hotel is located near the train station (10 min. walk or 2 bus stops) which is super convenient. Downtown can be easily reached by bus (15 min ride).

This review refers to the restaurant rather than the hotel. I enjoyed an excellent four-course vegetarian menu at the Auerhahn. The produce used were excellent (one of the best Mangos I had in Europe) and carefully prepared. Service was very good too, would definitely return. I was also welcomed friendly as a single guest (which isn't optimal for table-utilisation) and locals were also present, eating a la carte rather than full menus. Overall a welcoming place with very good cuisine. Interior was appealing as well.

Lovely staff. We arrived around 12:30pm and only had to wait 10 minutes before we could go to our room (although we arrived a little earlier than expected). We got offered something to drink and relaxed outside for a little bit. Great service. Room is clean and comfortable. It was quite warm outside but it stayed nice and cool in the room. Great location, only 10-15 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk to a bus stop. Breakfast was good as well. Would definitely come back.

Friendly and professional staff, clean rooms, excellent dinner and breakfast. We had a room facing the street and yet it was quiet. The view of the railway was a nice bonus for me. The hotel is close to the station, which you will appreciate when you arrive tired as hell.

We had a pleasant stay here for around 4 days. We didn’t get to try their restaurant but the room we stayed was good (a but small than other cities) but well maintained with regular cleaning service. View from the room was pleasant and liked by everyone. Only cons was the building is old and so does not have a lift.

Simply perfect!! The hotel , the rooms, the staff super nice and helpful. Every single detail in the hotel is awesome. The breakfast super!!! The hotel has a restaurant that has the best plates that we ate in Salzburg. The hotel is situated 10’ from the train station in a very quiet zone. We truly recommend it. We really enjoyed the stay.

This was a wonderfully tidy and quiet hotel. The room was so well kept and the whole hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I had a wonderful night of rest and the breakfast in the morning was a beautiful start to the day. I would absolutely stay here again.

My last stay was really great. The new room are very nice and stylish. The food in the restaurant is relly great as always. Stuff is nice and helpful. Needed to leave super early and they made me breakfast according to my schedule. New rooms have AC which is nice too.
